How to Raise a Complaint

Homeowner in Apopka reviewing new replacement windows with a local provider

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Stormcritics Windows & Siding to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Bring Us

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Stormcritics Windows & Siding
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work, warranties and customer service. If work on your home went wrong, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Write down what you say and what they reply.

Still, tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider that keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed. Keep in mind that Stormcritics Windows & Siding cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, handle warranty claims, or make decisions for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@stormcritics.lat and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do

What Comes Next

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

You can reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with contractors, a state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help.
