Terms of Use for This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover your use of stormcritics.lat and the services offered through it by Stormcritics Windows & Siding. When you use the site, phone the number on it or send a form, you agree to these terms. This is a general template, not legal advice.

What Stormcritics Windows & Siding Does

Stormcritics Windows & Siding is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent window replacement and siding providers. We do not sell, install or repair windows or siding. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers you are connected with are independent businesses. They alone are responsible for their estimates, prices, scheduling, workmanship, warranties, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or direct them. We make no promise about when they are available, how fast they respond, or what their work will deliver.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written estimate.

Information Only, Not Advice

The content here is general information. It is not professional, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that vary by job, and they are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider and your insurer.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you contact us, and use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse it, interfere with how it runs, or try to get into it in ways that are not allowed.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you call or send a form, you agree that we and the provider we connect you with may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing purposes. To stop contact, email contact@stormcritics.lat at any time.

Ownership of Content

The content and design of this site belong to Stormcritics Windows & Siding or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Stormcritics Windows & Siding is not liable for loss or damage that comes from using this site, from any provider's services, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," with no warranties of any kind.

We may change these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
